Cancellation Rule

Booking will only be considered final once proof of FULL PAYMENT has been sent or paid online using our website. A full refund or rebooking is available for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made up to one week before check-in date. REBOOKING is allowed once at least 14 days before check-in and pay the difference in amount if ever. NO REFUNDS and NO REBOOKING allowed for cancellations seven days before check-in.

Children Rule

Any child under five is free to enter the Resort. The child will share a bed with their parents only with existing bedding. If the guest requests an additional bed for the child, it will be subject to an extra charge. Children above five are considered adults; SONALI RESORT counts them as persons. All children, including those under eighteen, must be supervised by their guardians.

KItchen Using Rule

Cooking and grilling should be done in designated areas only. Durian, Marang, and other odorous foods should not be brought inside the premises. Drinking water is free for the first bottle at the dispenser. An additional 250 Pesos will be charged for the succeeding bottle. Make sure, after use, all utensils and pots are clean. Anything broken will be charged to the guest and must be settled before checkout. Induction cooking equipment is free to use in a dirty kitchen. The creak-side kitchen uses gas and a commercial burner, which will incur an additional charge of 1500 pesos on top of the resort rental. Grilling is allowed only in the creak-side kitchen.

Terms And Conditions

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at The Sonali Resort premises; however, you will be held liable for any damage caused by your pet. We only allow small and medium pets (max weight of 7 kg) and a maximum of 3. Pets are required always to wear diapers when staying indoors and outdoors. Pets are not allowed to swim in the Pool anytime.

Swimming Pool Guidelines: Our Pool is a natural hot spring; we also use chemicals to control water quality, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience. Safety: There are no lifeguards on duty. Kindly attend to the safety of your guests always. All children should be taken care of by adults all the time during swimming. Attire: Proper swimming attire is required.

Spillage and Contamination: A fine of 20,000 Pesos will be imposed for any spillage, human waste, or vomit in the Pool. Pets are not allowed inside the Pool. You may refer to the swimming pool rules and regulations posted in the pool area for detailed guidelines and information.

Additional Bed/Additional Person: The Sonali Resort can comfortably accommodate 45 guests. The request for an additional bed/additional person is 1,000 pesos per night, with a maximum of 10 pax.

Safety: The Resort is provided with fire extinguishers. Common areas are equipped with 24-hour CCTV. Always be aware of food allergies and store your food properly for food safety. Lock your room, be mindful of your belongings, and be aware of your surroundings. As a private resort, you are all your own during staying; the resort management or caretaker is not liable for anything.

Bed Linens: Bedding will not be automatically changed for stays of less than 4 nights. If you desire a linen change, additional charges will be applicable.

Non-Smoking/Vaping: All rooms and indoor areas are designated as non-smoking and non-vaping areas. A penalty of 10,000 pesos will be enforced upon violation. Please smoke in designated areas (outdoor).

Firearms: Carrying of firearms, weapons, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Gambling is NOT allowed on the resort premises.

Illegal Drugs: No illegal drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises.

Room Allocation: Depending on several pax rooms that will be allocated in our booking system, the guest is not allowed to stay or open any room or area not included in the booking. There will be a fine of 5,000 pesos.

Responsibility and Liability: The guest is obliged to take good care of the property and equipment and to protect them from damage, loss, or theft. If any of the mentioned situations occur during your stay, the guest will be charged for the full cost of the damaged/missing item. Please check our rate card for damages in the Resort.

Power Interruption/Power Failure: Flashlights will be provided in the event of a power interruption/failure. The Sonali Resort does not have a generator set.
